A: This is very common question among BOSS buyers and users alike. The answer is NO. Unless the drugs or contraband in question are being smuggled in a metal container of sorts, the BOSS will NOT pick up on them. Since the BOSS series (BOSS II, BOSS III & Big BOSS) are designed as metal detectors, only metal objects will trigger an alert.
